Sir Ian McKellen
The highly praised English actor who is mostly known for his role as Gandalf in Lord of the Rings has made very remarkable achievements. In 1979 he was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire. He was knighted by the Queen in 1991. He has worked in a variety of genres from drama to science fiction and worn countless awards. His physical attractiveness speaks for itself, with a great combination of looks and humor. Having publicly declared he was gay in 1988, McKellen wishes he had done so earlier. He is very active in campaigns for equal rights for gay people.
