A Nap is Not Bad
When you reach your desk and open your laptop, you start yawning at the very moment and do same for the rest of the day. The problem is that you won’t be able to take a nap while working but in fact, your boss will be doing good to your boss even if you take a short break. According to William Anthony, who is the co-author of ‘The Art of Napping at Work’, a 20-minute nap can recover your general alertness, lift your mood, and escalate productivity (only getting a Surface is not productivity). Therefore, you can sleep on your desk right from today and if someone asks you, simply tell them, “A Nap is Not Bad”. Note: A study conducted among Greek adults revealed that those who took naps (at least three) every week had 37% lesser risk of heart-related diseases.
